任仕达(Randstad): 香港奢侈品零售行业从其他行业招募潜在候选人

20151230日,/HRoot.com/)根据任仕达的调研,香港奢侈品零售行业从其他行业招募潜在候选人。面对香港经济的疲软和销售额的不断下降,香港奢侈品零售行业正在重新审视自身的业务战略。

过去的一年,对众多奢侈品牌而言,是充满挑战的一年。因此,很多奢侈品品牌正在实施多元化的招聘战略。通过招聘不同行业的潜在候选人,为奢侈品行业注入更加新鲜的战略视角以及改变未来业务方向提供支持。任仕达奢侈品、零售和消费者行业副总监保罗·希尔顿称,拥有快消品行业经验的候选人都是重点考虑对象,这些候选人可以为奢侈品行业带来基于战术和流程驱动的思维方式,帮助奢侈品行业应对香港经济的疲软。此外,拥有丰富客户关系管理和电子商务行业经验的候选人也是热门人选。

 

Randstad : Luxury Retail Companies look outside the box to recruit talent 

According to Randstad, Hong Kong’s luxury retail sector is looking outside of its companies for new recruits.

Randstad states that luxury retailers in Hong Kong are reexamining their business strategies amidst falling retail sales, coupled with softer economic conditions in China and Hong Kong.

After a challenging year for many luxury brands, they are now diversifying their hiring criteria to candidates who can offer a fresh pair of eyes and strategic thinking to shift their business direction,” Paul Shelton, Randstad Associate Director for Luxury, Retail & Consumer, said. ”In particular, candidates with a background in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) fit this bill. These candidates bring with them a tactical and process-driven way of thinking, which retail businesses need to cope with the Hong Kong slowdown.” 

Candidates with customer relationship management (CRM) experience and candidates with e-commerce skills are also in high demand, according to Randstad.
