BRecruit(英智)发布2015年企业薪酬观察——中高端人才愿与招聘机构主动交流,理性主导职业发展

2015年3月25日,专业人力资源服务机构BRecruit(英智)发布《BRecruit 2015年企业薪酬观察》。

基于不同行业在2014年的整体情况和2015年的发展趋势,《BRecruit 2015年企业薪酬观察》呈现了各大行业(制造、汽车及零配件、医疗健康、建筑与地产、IT/互联网、消费品/奢侈品/零售、传媒与广告、银行及金融服务等)的中高端人才招聘趋势,并对热门职位、紧缺人才进行了详细分析。报告还指出,互联网产业的发展势头已经打破与各行业的壁垒,与互联网技术及应用相关的人才几乎出现在每个行业中,且此类人才的需求比例逐渐增大。

据该报告称,2014年全年,企业内部中高级员工平均薪资涨幅为8% - 15%,其中,10%的涨幅最为常见,而人才通过跳槽则平均可获得15%-25%的薪资增长。但薪资增长并不是中高端人才衡量个人发展的唯一标准,相较而言,“管理技能提升”更是其职业发展的重心。他们往往通过主动与招聘机构互动交流的方式,在团队搭建与职业生涯发展问题上寻求专业建议。

BRecruit中国区总经理Pete Chia表示:“近年来,中国经济的持续发展给人才市场带来了深远的变化。伴随着‘职业规划’意识抬头,人才市场的整体质量也不断提升。面对这种趋势,企业雇主在人才保留上,需要积极主动地为员工提供职业发展咨询服务、拓宽其职业的横纵向发展路径。”

据悉,该报告对BRecruit人才库中近2万名优质候选人(超过80%是拥有5年以上工作经验的中高管理层)进行调查(内容包括行业、职位、学历、薪资范围、薪资结构与比例等),覆盖了在中国大陆的1515家各行业领先企业。

BRecruit Salary Watch analyzes demand trends in mid-senior level talents’ hiring across industries (Industrial Manufacturing, AUTO, Real Estate, Health care, IT/internet, Consumer goods/Luxury/Retail, Media, Financial & Banking, etc. ), such as shortage type of talent, hot jobs, etc. based on 2014 recruitment market and 2015 hiring trend. It reports that, the Internet era is creating more possibilities across industries, internet-related talents are needed in every industry and the demand ratio will be a rise. 

Accordingly, average rise of salary in 2014 for Mid-Senior talent was 8% - 15%, among which 10% is a normal percentage; for job seekers, they see an average increase of 15% - 25% by changing a job. 

For Mid-Senior talents, “Management skill improvement” is regarded as key point in their career development which as well makes them be more cautious and realistic when changing jobs. They tend to communicate with recruitment companies to seek professional career advice.

“In recent years, China's economic new normal has brought about profound change to the job market. The rising awareness of ‘Career Planning’ has imperceptibly driven up the quality of the whole talent market. Facing this trend, employers need to provide career development consulting services and expand career paths for their employees.” Said Pete Chia, Managing Director of BRecruit China.
The survey involves 20,000 candidates (80% of them are at Middle-Senior level with more than 5 years’ work experience) from 1,515 companies in various industries and a thorough analysis of their 2014 salary information and benefits. Salary range and structures, Top jobs, Employees motivation, Positions etc. are included in survey content.
