Design tools through Excel / Macro or Visual Basic modeling to facilitate Ops team perform the weekly/monthly/annual data reconciliation of census, termination statement, adjustment and annual premium billing checking with multiple HR/Mercer and Insurer sources. Maintain the tools at every renewal and parameter update. With ability to build database by client and cross clients for history tracking and benchmark comparison. Design and deliver analysis reports for Flex clients to provide information on employee’s enrollment preference, benefits selections pattern by different dimension, cost analysis of employer and claims utilization. The analysis result is the basis for client and consultant’s decision on plan design adjustment at every renewal to optimize the Flex program and benefit design.With ability to build database by client and cross clients for report tracking and benchmark comparison.Assist with new and renewal Flex clients’ implementation process to configure and test the plan change/price tag change/email update/rules update through configuration tool and follow up the testing JIRAS.Continuously drive process standardization and optimization for Ops by designing measurable index and closely monitor the efficiency and accuracy.Track Ops issues and analyze the root cause, proposing improvement plans to Ops team.
