要求描述:
1. Take ownership of the overall recruitment activities for China offices, manage the end-to-end recruitment process

2. Proactively leverage various resources for hiring, including but not limited to job websites, Linked-in; social medial; networking; campus hire etc;

3. Build up strong candidate pipelines for different disciplines across China offices;

4. Communicate with hiring managers/office directors to understand the hiring needs and priorities

5. Coordinate with local offices on interview process management, produce weekly hiring status update report to keep track of the hiring status

6. Drive the internal referral scheme

7.Provide insights on China recruiters’ market & competition updates
