Announces Second Quarter Fiscal 2018 Results of Operations

(NYSE: KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory
firm, today announced record fee revenue of $443.0 million for its second quarter
of fiscal 2018. In addition, second quarter diluted earnings per share was
$0.64 and adjusted earnings per share was $0.67. Operating income was $51.2
million in Q2 FY’18 with an operating margin of 11.6%. Adjusted EBITDA was
$69.6 million with Adjusted EBITDA margin of 15.7%.
