万宝盛华:中国香港的大多数雇主报告称填补职位困难

(2018年9月10日,/HRoot.com/)万宝盛华最新发布的2018年人才短缺调查显示,76%的中国香港雇主表示难以填补职位空缺。此外,在接受调查的365名中国香港的雇主中,92%的雇主承认他们2018年的招聘难度与去年同期相比持平或有所增加。



中国香港的雇主列举的最常见的招聘难题包括:“缺乏求职者”(40%)、“求职者缺乏工作经验”(19%)以及“求职者期望薪资高于可提供薪资”(14%)。

为应对人才短缺问题,超过80%的中国香港的雇主计划提供更高的薪酬和额外福利,以吸引求职者。此外,雇主终于开始注意到这样一个事实,即雇员——尤其是新一代员工,迫切需要接受劳动力方面的培训,这是许多雇主过去从未认真考虑过的因素。32%的香港雇主开始积极投资于学习平台和开发工具,以建立他们的人才供应管道。

万宝盛华集团大中华区高级副总裁Lancy Chui表示:“在大中华区,中国香港和中国台湾的人才短缺现象日益严重,达到12年来的最高水平。76%中国香港的雇主和78%中国台湾的雇主表示,在填补职位空缺方面存在重大挑战,与去年相比分别上升了7个和5个百分点。相比之下,中国大陆大学毕业生的绝对数量使得大陆受人才短缺的影响相对较小。”




HONG KONG – MOST EMPLOYERS IN HONG KONG REPORT DIFFICULTY FILLING POSITIONS

(Sep.10, 2018, /staffingindustry.com/)ManpowerGroup’s 2018 talent shortage survey revealed that 76% of Hong Kong employers report difficulty filling jobs. Furthernore, among 365 Hong Kong employers surveyed, 92% recognize they are having more or similar difficulty to fill jobs this year than at this time last time.



Among the most common difficulties filling roles as cited by Hong Kong employers are:  “lack of available applicants” (40%), “lack of experience” (19%), and “Applicants expect higher pay than offered” (14%).

In response to shortages, over 80% of Hong Kong employers plan to offer higher salary packages and additional perks/benefits to attract applicants.  Moreover, employers are finally beginning to attune to the fact that employees, particularly the latest generation of staff are desperate for training in the workforce, an element many employers had not seriously considered in the past.  32% of Hong Kong employers are beginning to actively invest in learning platforms and development tools to build their talent pipeline.

“Within the Greater China region, talent shortages are growing in Hong Kong and Taiwan, rising to a 12-year high.  76% of employers in Hong Kong and 78% in Taiwan reported significant challenges in filling jobs, up by 7 and 5 percentage points, respectively, compared to last year. In contrast, the sheer numbers of graduates in China has a relatively low influence in talent shortages in the PRC, “said Lancy Chui, Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Greater China Region.
